Delivery Charges
One Health Global Associates gives you free delivery. NO delivery charges are applicable.
Delivery Timeline
- • We aim to procure and ship your order within 1 to 7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- • Orders marked "In Stock" are dispatched faster—generally within 1–7 business days in areas where standard courier service is available
- • In remote or less serviceable locations, we may ship via national postal services or partner couriers, which may take 1 to 2 weeks
Product Availability
- • Items marked "Temporarily Unavailable" or "Out of Stock" are not available for purchase currently; use the "Notify Me" feature to get alerts when they are restocked
- • "Permanently Discontinued" products will not be restocked or available for orders
Non-Deliverable Areas
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where courier delivery is not possible. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.
Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
